What is the Fitzgerald Private Clinic Pro-C Peptide Facial?
This is a relaxing skin treatment suitable for most skin types, including those who are pregnant and breastfeeding. Vitamin C is a potent anti-oxidant that promotes collagen & elastin synthesis, as well as helping with pigmentation and protecting our skin from the environment. Peptides are the building blocks of proteins, so are great for ageing skin.
What does the treatment involve?
We prepare your skin with Obagi Medical’s gentle and effective skin cleanser and toner, followed by the application of select Obagi Medical Professional-C Force Field products.
L-ascorbic acid is the purest most bioavailable form of Vitamin C. This helps strengthen antioxidant defences, fight oxidative stressors, and help skin appear younger for longer. In this facial we use Professional-C 15% serum, a high-performance serum developed for most skin types.
We then apply the Professional-C Peptide Complex. This is a potent product containing Vitamin C and the peptides Kinetin and Zeatin – synthetic forms of plant growth factors. The SNAP-8 present helps firmness, tone, fine lines and wrinkles over time.
Here at Fitzgerald Private Clinic we finish with a mask containing hyaluronic acid and multipeptides for an added boost of hydration and skin nourishment, not forgetting the all-important SPF as a final step. There is no downtime and skin appears glowing and hydrated immediately.
